Dr. Dawn L. Polasky was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in Plantation, where she graduated from South Plantation High School. Dr. Polasky completed her undergraduate education at the Ohio State University and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Case Western Reserve University of Dentistry (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Polasky is a firm believer in advanced education. After completing her Doctorate of Dental Science at CWRU, Dr. Polasky went on to complete a full year clinical concentration program focusing on restoring Dental Implants.

Dr. Polasky practices restorative and aesthetic dentistry. She annually attends continuing education courses, which enable her to stay at the forefront of her speciality so that she can provide optimal care to her patients. Dr. Polasky gives a special thank you to her mother, Phyllis, for without her help and encouragement she could not have reached these achievements and exceptional goals.
